Lester Walter "Red" Sackett, son of Hugh LaFayette Sackett and Lillian Ida Augusta Heldt, was born in Detroit, Wayne County, MichiganG, on 11 May 1914.2 He died aged 65 in Cheboygan, Cheboygan County, MichiganG, on 19 January 19803 and was buried at Silver Lake Cemetery, Wolverine, Cheboygan County, MichiganG.5 He married first in Monroe, MichiganG, on 1 June 1932, Helen Beeken Miller, daughter of Charles H Miller and Caroline C "Carrie" Beeken.4 He married second in Cheboygan County, MichiganG, on 10 December 1979, Esther C Miller.4
