Lysander A Sackett, son of Charles Theodore Sackett and Phebe Baldwin, was born in OhioG in about 1853.2 He married in 1891, Bertha Peters.3
     In 1880 Lysander was living in Oneida, Delaware County, IowaG, in the household of his father Chas Sackett, and was recorded in the census as Lysander A Sackett, unmarried, aged 27 and born in Ohio.2
