Etta Maud Bacon, daughter of Edward G Bacon and Jane Aurelia "Jennie" Sackett, was born on 27 February 1880.1 She died aged 84 in Springfield, Hampden County, MassachusettsG, on 23 July 1964.2 She married on 27 February 1901, Arthur Lincoln Noyes.2 Arthur was born in Enfield, Hampshire County, MassachusettsG, on 23 October 18772 and died aged 76 in SpringfieldG on 12 March 1954.2
     In 1880 Etta was living at Grosvenor Street, SpringfieldG, in the household of her parents Edward and Jennie, and was recorded in the census as Etta Bacon, aged three months and born in Massachusetts.3
     In 1900 she was living at Hebron Street, SpringfieldG, in the household of her widowed father Edward Bacon, and was recorded as Etta M Bacon, a sales lady, aged 20. Also in the household were her future husband Arthur L Noyes, 22, and her widowed grandmother Cordelia Sackett, 78.4
