Homer Sackett Carter, son of Adoniram Carter and Arrilla Sackett, was born in Warren, Litchfield County, ConnecticutG, on 6 April 1817.1,2,3 He died in Tallmadge, OhioG, on 2 December 1900. He married at Tallmadge, OhioG, on 2 September 1846, Martha Wright.2
