Henry Stark "Harry" Sackett, carpenter, son of William W Sackett and Anna Maria Lentz, was born in Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County, PennsylvaniaG, on 21 April 1876.1,2 He died aged 59 in Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, New York StateG, on 26 November 1935.2 He married in PennsylvaniaG in about 1895, Edith May Knorr, daughter of John Knorr and Mary ___.1,2
     In 1910 Henry was living at Woodbury Street, Hanover, Luzerne County, PennsylvaniaG, and was recorded in the census as Harry S Sackett, a house carpenter, head of household, aged 34. He rented his home. Living with him were his wife Edith, 30, and their children, Edna, 12, Boyd, 10, Charles, 7, Helen, 5, Florence, 3, Ralph, 2, and Ethel, aged eleven months.3
     In 1920 he was living at Lawrence Street, Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County, PennsylvaniaG, and was recorded as Harry S Sackett, a carpenter, head of household, aged 42 and born in Pennsylvania. He owned his home free of mortgage. Living with him were his wife Edith, 40, their children, Boyd, 19, Charles, 17, Helen, 15, Florence, 13, Ralph, 11, Robert, 3, and Edna (Smith), 22, and Edna's son Lloyd, aged one.4
