Ellen Ruth Sackett, daughter of John Fegen Sackett and Sarah Johnson Taylor, was born in Ramsgate, KentG, in 1870.1,2 She married first ___ Sayer. She married in St Marylebone, LondonG, on 31 March 1895, Walter Foreman, son of George Foreman.3,4
     In 1881 Ellen was living at Ada Cottage, Farley Place, Ramsgate, KentG, in the household of her parents John and Sarah, and was recorded in the census as Ellen R Sackett, aged 11 and born in Ramsgate.5
