Frank William Sackett, son of Frank William Silvester Sackett and Lily Churm, was born in Chiswick, MiddlesexG, on 12 December 1894.1,2,3 He died aged 45 at home at Ladybird Cottage, Yalding, KentG, on 25 May 19404,5,6 and was buried at Yalding Cemetery, KentG.5 He married in MaidstoneG in 1919, Lydia Ellen Hawkes.7,8 She was born in BrentfordG on 5 August 1890.9,10,11 She died aged 84 in Tonbridge, KentG, on 20 October 19745,12 and was buried at Yalding CemeteryG.5
In 1901 Frank was living at 2 Hunt Street, Chiswick, MiddlesexG, in the household of his parents Frank and Lily, and was recorded in the census as Frank Sackett, aged six and born in Chiswick.13
In 1911 he was living at 17 Paxton Road, Chiswick, MiddlesexG, in the household of his parents Frank and Lily, and was recorded as Frank Sackett, a labourer at the soap house, aged 16 and born in Chiswick.14
In 1921 he was living at Killicks Cottages, Yalding, KentG, and was recorded as Frank William Sackett, a worker at McDougall & Yalding Ltd, head of household, aged 26. His wife Ellen, 30, was living with him.15
At the outbreak of the Second World War in September 1939, Frank and Lydia were living at Styles Cottage, Maidstone, KentG. He was a general labourer in a manufacturing company.16
Frank left a will which was proved on 3 July 1940 by his widow Lydia. His estate was valued at £279.17
