Charlotte Emma Sackett, daughter of John Ashby Sackett and Elizabeth Sophia Silvester, was born in Pancras, MiddlesexG, in 1857.1 She died aged 61 in Winchester, HampshireG, in 1920.2 She married in Fulham, MiddlesexG, in 1883, Arthur Raddon, son of Hugo Raddon and Matilda Mardon.3 Arthur was born in Monkton, DevonG, in 18574,5 and died in Sudbury, SuffolkG, in 1951.6
     In 1861 Charlotte was living at Grafton Street, St PancrasG, in the household of her parents John and Elizabeth, and was recorded in the census as Charlotte Sackett, aged three and born in St Pancras.7
     In 1871 she was living at 19 Chapel Place, Ramsgate, KentG, in the household of her parents John and Elizabeth, and was recorded as Charlotte Sackett, aged 13 and born in London.8
     In 1901 she was living at 9 Fairfield Road, WinchesterG, in the household of her husband Arthur, 43, a tailor, and was recorded as Charlotte E Raddon, aged 43 and born in St Pancras.9
     In 1911 she was living at 9 Fairfield Road, WinchesterG, in the household of her husband Arthur, 52, a tailor, and was recorded as Charlotte Emma Raddon, aged 52 and born in St Pancras.10
