Cyril Edward Baylis, son of James Baylis and Blanche Edith Sackett, was born in Streatham, SurreyG, on 19 October 1897.1,2,3,4 He died aged 76 in Epping, EssexG, on 13 March 1974.1,3
     In 1911 Cyril was living at 4 Ye Market, Selsdon Road, South Croydon, SurreyG, in the household of his parents James and Blanche, and was recorded in the census as Cyril Edward Baylis, aged 13 and born in Streatham.5
