Justus Sackett, carpenter of Northampton, Hampshire County, Massachusetts, son of Eliakim Sacket and Anna Edwards, was born in MassachusettsG on 13 July 1804.1 He died aged 89 in MassachusettsG on 8 November 1893.1 He married in NorthamptonG on 30 September 1828, Electa Clark.1,2
     Justus was listed in the census in 1830 and 1840 as a householder in NorthamptonG.3,4
     In 1860 Justus was living in NorthamptonG in the household of his son John and daughter-in-law Julia, and was recorded in the census as Justus Sacket, a carpenter, aged 56, and born in Massachusetts. Living with him was his wife Electa.5
     In 1870 he was living in NorthamptonG in the household of his son John and daughter-in-law Julia, and was recorded as Justus Sackett, a laborer, aged 63, and born in Massachusetts. Living with him was his wife Electa.6
     In 1880 he was living in Springfield, Hampden County, MassachusettsG, in the household of his son John and daughter-in-law Julia, and was recorded as Justus Sacket, married, aged 76, and born in Massachusetts. Living with him was his wife Electa, aged 75.7
