Henry Vincent Sackett, son of Vincent Edward Sackett and Elizabeth "Betsey" Issell, was born in Bermondsey, Surrey^G, on 14 October 1828¹ and baptized at St Mary Magdalen, Bermondsey^G, on 9 November 1828.¹ He died aged 16 in St Olave, Surrey^G, in 1845.²
     In 1841 Henry was living at Salisbury Lane, St Mary Magdalen, Bermondsey, Surrey^G, in the household of his parents Vincent and Betsey, and was recorded in the census as Henry Sackett, aged 10 [rounded down] and born in Surrey.³

Elizabeth Justina Sackett, daughter of Vincent Edward Sackett and Elizabeth "Betsey" Issell, was born in Bermondsey, Surrey^G, on 4 February 1831¹ and baptized at St Mary Magdalen, Bermondsey^G, on 21 August 1831.¹

Samuel James Sackett, son of Vincent Edward Sackett and Elizabeth "Betsey" Issell, was born in Bermondsey, Surrey^G, on 11 May 1833¹ and baptized at St Mary Magdalen, Bermondsey^G, on 1 September 1833.² He died in childhood in Bermondsey^G,3 and was buried at New Ground, New Street, St John Horsleydown, Southwark, Surrey^G, on 26 January 1838, with his brothers Vincent and Robert, all probably the victims of cholera.⁴

Vincent Edward Sackett, son of Vincent Edward Sackett and Elizabeth "Betsey" Issell, was born in Bermondsey, Surrey^G, on 23 February 1835¹ and baptized at St Mary Magdalen, Bermondsey^G, on 30 June 1837.² He died in childhood in Bermondsey^G,3 and was buried at New Ground, New Street, St John Horsleydown, Southwark, Surrey^G, on 26 January 1838, with his brothers Samuel and Robert, all probably the victims of cholera.⁴

Robert Nicholas John Sackett, son of Vincent Edward Sackett and Elizabeth "Betsey" Issell, was born in Bermondsey, Surrey^G, on 28 January 1837¹ and baptized at St Mary Magdalen, Bermondsey^G, on 30 June 1837.² He died in infancy in Bermondsey^G,3 and was buried at New Ground, New Street, St John Horsleydown, Southwark, Surrey^G, on 26 January 1838, with his brothers Samuel and Vincent, all probably the victims of cholera.⁴

Mary Ann Elizabeth Sackett, daughter of Vincent Edward Sackett and Elizabeth "Betsey" Issell, was born in Bermondsey, Surrey^G, on 13 January 1839¹ and baptized at St Mary Magdalen, Bermondsey^G, on 3 February 1839.² She married in Holy Trinity, Newington, Surrey^G, on 29 August 1859, Charles Starr Farrow.^3,4
     In 1841 Mary was living at Salisbury Lane, St Mary Magdalen, Bermondsey, Surrey^G, in the household of her parents Vincent and Betsey, and was recorded in the census as Mary Ann Sackett, aged two and born in Surrey.⁵
     In 1851 she was living at 6 Perseverance Court, Bermondsey, Surrey^G, and was recorded as Mary A Sackett, aged 12 and born in Bermondsey, the daughter of Vincent Sackett.⁶

Elizabeth Mary Ann Sackett, daughter of Vincent Edward Sackett and Elizabeth "Betsey" Issell, was born in Bermondsey, Surrey^G, in 1841.^1,2 She married in St George's Church, Camberwell, Surrey^G, on 30 August 1863, Leonard Hodder, son of John George Hodder.³
     In 1841 Elizabeth was living at Salisbury Lane, St Mary Magdalen, Bermondsey, Surrey^G, in the household of her parents Vincent and Betsey, and was recorded in the census as Betsey Sackett, aged two months and born in Surrey.⁴
     In 1851 she was living at 6 Perseverance Court, Bermondsey, Surrey^G, in the household of her parents Vincent and Elizabeth, and was recorded as Elizabeth Sackett, aged nine and born in Bermondsey.⁵
     In 1871 she was living at 23 Blue Anchor Road, Bermondsey, Surrey^G, in the household of her husband Leonard, a lighterman, and was recorded as Elizabeth M A Hodder, aged 29 and born in Bermondsey, Surrey.⁶

Vincent John Sackett, lighterman and later a publican, son of Vincent Edward Sackett and Elizabeth "Betsey" Issell, was born in Horseydown, Southwark, Surrey^G, in 1846^1,2 and died aged 69 at home at 42 Strathnairn Street, Bermondsey, London^G, on 30 November 1915.^3,4 He married at St George, Camberwell, Surrey^G, on 2 June 1867, Elizabeth Buckingham, daughter of Richard William Buckingham.^5,6,7 Elizabeth was born in Bermondsey^G about 1849² and died at 3 Baldwin Street, City Road, London^G, on 2 March 1908.^8,4
     In 1851 Vincent was living at 6 Perseverance Court, Bermondsey^G, and was recorded in the census as Vincent Sackett, aged four and born in Horselydown, Surrey, the son of Vincent Sackett.⁹
     In 1861 he was living at 62 Gedling Street, Bermondsey^G, in the household of his father Vincent, a fellmonger, and was recorded as Vincent Sackett, an errand boy, aged 14, and born in Horselydown, Surrey.¹⁰
     In 1871 he was living at 4 Napoleon Street, Bermondsey, Surrey^G, and was recorded as Vincent J Sackett, a lighterman, head of household, married, aged 24, and born in Horsleydown, Surrey. Living with him were his wife Elizabeth, aged 21, and born in Bermondsey, and his daughter, also Elizabeth, aged 3.¹¹
     In 1881 he was living at 2 Church Row, St John Horsleydown, Southwark, Surrey^G, and was recorded as Vincent Sackett, a lighterman, head of household, married, aged 34 and born in Horsleydown, Surrey. Living with him were his wife Elizabeth, 31, and their daughter Elizabeth, aged 13.¹²
     At the date of the 1901 census (31 March), Vincent was a patient at St Mark's Hospital, City Road, Holborn, London^G. He was aged 54 and his occupation was barman.¹³
     Vincent was granted administration of his wife Elizabeth's estate in London^G on 9 May 1908. Her estate was valued at £142.¹⁴
     In 1911 he was living at 54 Yalding Road, Bermondsey^G, and was recorded as Vincent John Sackett, lighterman, head of household, a widower, aged 64 and born in Bermondsey. Living with him were his married daughter Elizabeth King, 43, and granddaughter Minnie Sophia King, aged eight.¹⁵
     Vincent left a will which was proved on 7 January 1916 by his daughter Elizabeth. His estate was valued at £440.¹⁶

Jemima Ann Sackett, daughter of Vincent Edward Sackett and Elizabeth "Betsey" Issell, was born in Bermondsey, Surrey^G, in 1849¹ and baptized at St Mary Magdalen, Bermondsey^G, on 21 January 1849.² She died in childhood in Bermondsey, Surrey^G,³ and was buried at St James Church, Bermondsey^G, on 6 July 1852.⁴
     In 1851 Jemima was living at 6 Perseverance Court, Bermondsey, Surrey^G, and was recorded in the census as Jemima Sackett, aged two and born in Bermondsey, the daughter of Vincent Sackett.⁵

Louisa Sackett, daughter of Vincent Edward Sackett and Elizabeth "Betsey" Issell, was born in Bermondsey, Surrey^G, in 1851.¹ She died there in infancy² and was buried at St James Church, Bermondsey^G, on 6 July 1852.³
     In 1851 Louisa was living at 6 Perseverance Court, Bermondsey, Surrey^G, and was recorded in the census as Louisa Sackett, aged one month and born n Bermondsey, the daughter of Vincent Sackett.⁴
