In the name of God Amen The one and twentieth day of March in the seaventeenth year of the reign of our Soveraigne Lord King Charles II now [abez] England etc. Annogs Deus 1664 I Henry Sackett of the pish of St Peter the Appl~~~ in the Isle of Thannett in the County of Kent Cordwinder being in good health & of sound & p’ect memorie praised be God therefore Doo make and ordeine this my p’sent Testament conteyning therein my last Will in manner and forme following (That is to say) First and p’incipally I commend my soule unto Almighty God my maker trusting through the merits of my onely saviour Jesus Christ that he will receive it into his heavenly Mansions there to dwell with him forever And my body I comitt to the ground decently to be buried by my exect hereafter named if I shall happen to die on Shoare And for my Worldly estate as herewith it hath pleased God to blesse me I give and bequeath as followeth Inprimis I give and bequeath and devise unto Mary Sackett of the p’ish abovesaid Widdow my natural mother All that my the full and equall Sixth pt of the good Fisherboate or Vessell called by the name of the [gap] of Broadstaires of the burthen of Fortie five Tunnes or thereabouts whereof Richard Cockling is now (Under God) Master And now moreing and being in the peere of Broadstaires And all that my full and equal Sixth part of the Masts, Sailes, Saile-yards, Anchors, Cables, Corde, Cordage, Roapes, Oares, Tackle, Apparrell and furniture whatsoever unto the said Fisherboate or thereto belonging or in any wise app’teyning To have and to hold the said and full Sixth pt of the said Boate or Vessell and all and singular other the p’missed before mentioned unto the said Mary Sackett my naturall mother from and imediately after my decease for and during her natural life Item I give and bequeath unto my said mother Mary Sackett my two Doles of [?heavy] Nett and one Fine nett, one Roape of Threescore Fathom in length and Three inches & a halfe thorrow and one other Roape of Fifty Fathom in length and Three inches thorow from and imediately after my decease for and during the naturall life of my said Mother And after the death of my said mother I give and bequeath unto my Nephew Robert Sackett the aforesaid sixth of the said Boate or Vessell, Masts, Sailes, Saile-yards, Anchors, Cables, Cords, Cordage, Oares, Tackle, Apppell and furniture whatsoever unto the said Boate or Vessell belonging And all and singular other the p’misses before in this my present will unto my aforesaid Mother bequeathed and devised to have and to hold the said sixth pt of the said Boate or Vessell and all and singular other the p’misses from and after the decease of my said Mother unto the said Robert Sackett his heires and assignes forever And I doo hereby nominate ordeine & appoint the said Robert Sackett Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament ___ revoking and disauing all former Wills by me made and confirming and declaring this to be my last Will and Testament In Wittnes wherof I have hereunto sett my hand & seale the day & yeare first above written

Memorant my Will & meaning is and I hereby declare before the ensealing hereof that Immediately after my decease In consideration of my last menioned bequest the said Robert Sackett his execters or assignes shall pay unto John Pierceson natural son of Thomas Pierceson late of the p’ish of St Johns in the Isle above Brasier deceased the sum of five pounds of lawfull English money
