Wife Ann, £50 to be paid by equal monthly instalments; use & enjoyment of all household goods at house in Addington St plus house itself for her life with reversion to her sister Jane Moore for life; £100 per year in 4 equal quarters for life.
Wife's sister Jane Moore, reversion of house for life, & £50 per year in 4 equal quarters for life.
Executor Owen Fisher Daniel of Ramsgate, gent., 19 guineas.
Brother Richard Henry Sackett, all monies payable at death from Trinity House Pilot Club; property in Margate for life, to be kept insured & repaired; reversion to my nephew John Hogbin for ever.
Any property of which testator is trustee or mortgagee at time of his death: income to wife Ann Sackett, sister Phoebe Hogbin, brother Richard Henry Sackett, & Owen Fisher Daniel.
After death of wife & her sister, property to be sold & money divided: half to my sister Phoebe Hogbin, with reversion in equal shares to her children; quarter of remaining half to the children then living of my late sister Elizabeth Pritchard, in equal shares, absolutely; quarter of half to surviving children of my late sister Mary Ann Warren, in equal shares, absolutely; eighth of half to brother Richard Henry Sackett absolutely, with reversion to nephew John Hogbin; eighth of half to Rebecca Watton Warren, 2nd wife of David Warren, husband of my late sister Mary Ann Warren, if then living, absolutely, with reversion to nephew John Hogbin; eighth of half to brother David Joseph Sackett if then living, absolutely, with reversion to nephew John Hogbin; eighth of half to brother James John Sackett if then living, absolutely, with reversion to nephew John Hogbin.
