In the name of God Amen I Richard Sackett of Chipping Ongar in the County of Essex being weake in body but of perfect mind and memorie blessed be God doe make and ordain this my Last will and testament in manner & forme following That is to say first I com~it my soule into the hands of God throe Jesus Christ beseeching for his sake the forgivenes of my sinns and my body I com~it to the grave in hopes of a blessed Resurrection & as for such Worldly goods as God hath bestowed upon me I thus doe dispose thereof namely I doe give and devise all my goods and Chattells wtsoever to my Loving wife Mary Sackett whome I make sole Executrix of this my Last will and testament asking her for my sake to be kind to my Children In witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand & seale this fifteenth day of July 1678 Richard Sackett his marke Signed Sealed and published to be the Last will and testament of the said Richard Sackett in the presence of William A__ John St__
