5092. Charles A. Sackett, 1864–, of New York City and Brooklyn, N. Y., son of (2348) James Horton and Emma Edwards Sackett, was married, Feb. 24, 1892, to Florence Ruland, daughter of Manly A. Ruland and his wife Jennie Lamont. He was, in 1907, president of the Mutual Bank, New York City.
