Elizabeth Sackett, daughter of Edward Sackett of St Lawrence and Alice ___, was baptized at St Peter's Church, Thanet, Kent, on 12 August 1593.1 She married at St Peter's Church, Thanet, Kent, on 29 January 1617/18, William Gillowe.2
Elizabeth was named as a beneficiary in her father's will made in St Lawrence on 20 October 1624.3
Her father left her an amount of £3.
Elizabeth was named as a beneficiary in her brother Robert's will made in St John in Thanet on 16 February 1660.4 Elizabeth's bachelor brother Robert, apparently a prosperous yeoman, left her a share (with sisters Alice, Helen, and Margaret) in an income of £10 to be paid half-yearly to her by nephew Leonard Austen. Robert also provided generously for Elizabeth's children Elizabeth and Mildred.
