Almeron Sacket, son of Jonathan Sacket and Hannah Phelps, was born in Hebron, Tolland County, Connecticut, in about 1771.1 He married first in South Carolina in 1793, Rachel White.1 He married second in Bond County, Illinois, on 18 September 1823, Isabella Worley.
     Almeron was named as a beneficiary in his grandmother Ann Filer's will made in Litchfield County, Connecticut, in June 1783.

Sacketts of America: see father's biography. Weygant records: "654. Almon Sacket, died unmarried". It is believed that Almon and this Almeron were the same and that the record of his being unmarried was in error.2
