Elisabeth Sackett, daughter of Capt. & Deacon Samuel Sackett and Lydia Heaton, was born in New Haven, Connecticut, on 24 April 17451,2 and died aged 74 in North Haven, New Haven County, on 19 March 1820.3,4 She married in New Haven on 3 May 1762, Joel Blakeslee, son of Abraham Blakeslee and Elizabeth Cooper.5,6,7,8 Joel was born in New Haven on 30 June 17398 and died aged 85 in North Haven on 19 July 1824.9
