Thomas Sackett, husbandman of Birchington, Kent, son of John Sackett and Mary ___, was baptized at St Peter's Church, Thanet, Kent, on 26 June 1642.1 He was buried at Birchington on 9 July 1680.2 He married at St Mary Bredin, Canterbury, on 1 June 1669, Anne Brown.3,4 Anne was born in Birchington in 1643.5 She was buried at Birchington on 15 March 1712/13.6
     Thomas was named as a beneficiary in his brother John's will made in St Lawrence, Kent, on 1 April 1678. He and each of his sisters were to receive one shilling.7
