Sackett Ancestry:
Jim relates to William Warren Sackett, b. 1869, who married Minnie Miller and had a son William Warren, b. 28 August 1892, d. 1974. He married Garnet E. Hill on 12 September 1911 and they had six children, five of whom were born in Oberlin, Ohio. Jim was born in Florida where the family moved in about 1925. Minnie and William divorced in Oberlin some time after his father's birth. Jim is trying to find where his grandfather came from and where he went after the divorce.
Jim's daughter Marianne Sackett is also a TSFA member.
Jim's granddaughter Amanda Sackett is also a TSFA member.
