Rosa Ellen Sackett, daughter of Barzillai Sackett and Sarah Walker Harlow, was born in Thanet, Kent, in 18721 and baptized at St George's Church, Ramsgate, Kent, on 13 May 1873.2 She died in 1955. She married at St Paul, Herne Hill, London, on 24 July 1894, Ernest Leslie Pottinger Quested.3,4,5
     In 1881 Rosa was living at 1 Northwood, St Lawrence, Kent, and was recorded in the census as Rose E Sackett, a scholar aged eight and born in St Lawrence, daughter of Barzilla Sackett.6
