Ezra Davis Sackett, son of Captain Benjamin Sackett and Phebe Davis, was born in 1779.1 He died aged about 79 in 1858.1 He married in about 1803, Chloe Patchin, daughter of Thadius Patchin and Chloe Drake.1
Ezra was living in New Lebanon, Columbia County, New York, in 1837 when his daughter Eliza's funeral was held at his house.2
