Henry Clay Sackett, son of Augustus Sackett and Mary Haw, was born in St Lawrence County, New York, on 19 August 1844.1 He died aged 72 in Timiskaming District, Ontario, Canada, on 2 January 1917.1 He married in Mariposa Township, Victoria County, Ontario, Canada, on 29 May 1863, Bathsheba Perrin, daughter of Joseph Perrin and Susanna Haw.1
