George Ingalls Sackett, son of Abner Sacket and Electa Dewey, was born in Springfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts, on 16 February 1847.1,2 He married on 3 February 1869, Sarah E Harvey, daughter of David Harvey and Katherine Clark.2 Sarah died in 1905.2
