John Sackett, yeoman of St John in Thanet, Kent, son of Thomas Sackett and Catherine Curling, was born in St Peter in ThanetG on 2 November 1654 and baptized there on 17 November 1654.1 He died aged 72 in St John in ThanetG on 29 June 1727 and was buried there on 2 July 1727.2,3 John married first at St John in ThanetG on 16 November 1684, Mary Taylor.4,5 Mary was born in about 1655.6 She died aged 67 on 2 June 1722 and was buried at St John in ThanetG on 7 June 1722.3,7 He married second at Canterbury St Alphege, KentG, on 2 June 1726, Mary (___) Mount.8,9
