Chester I Frederick, son of Martin John Frederick and Anna Caroline Sackett, was born in New York StateG in about 1912.1
     In 1920 Chester was living at Argin Road, Henrietta, Monroe County, New York StateG, in the household of his parents Martin and Anna, and was recorded in the census as Chester I Fredericks, aged eight and born in New York.2
     In 1930 he was living at Gibbert Mill Road, Avon, Livingston County, New York StateG, in the household of his widowed mother Anna, and was recorded as Chester I Frederick, a farmer, aged 18.3
