David Urban Tucker, son of David Albert Tucker and Gertrude Adella Sackett, was born in ConnecticutG in about 1916.1
     In 1920 David was living at Plymouth Street, BridgeportG, in the household of his parents David and Gertrude, and was recorded in the census as David V Tucker, aged three and born in Connecticut.2
     In 1930 he was living at Plymouth Street, BridgeportG, in the household of his widowed mother Gertrude, and was recorded as David U Tucker, aged 13.3
     David completed a World War II draft registration card on 16 October 1940. He was aged 24 and was employed at the Vought Sikorsky Aircraft Division. He was living at 84 Asylum Street, BridgeportG, with his mother Gertrude.4
     In 1940 he was living at Asylum Street, BridgeportG, in the household of his mother Gertrude, and was recorded as David Tucker, a stock clerk at a brass company, aged 23.5
