Lillian Sacofsky, daughter of Louis Sacofsky and Rose/Florence Frankel, was born in RussiaG in November 1883.1 She immigrated to the United States with her parents and siblings in 1896 and changed her name to Sackett by 1910.
     In 1900 Lillian was living at Watkins Street, Brooklyn, New York CityG, in the household of her parents Louis and Rose, and was recorded in the census as Lilly Sacofsky, a tailoress, aged 16 and born in Russia.2
     In 1905 she was living at Stone Avenue, Brooklyn, New York CityG, in the household of her parents Louis and Rose, and was recorded as Lillie Sacofsky, a seamstress, aged 18.3
     In 1910 she was living at 56 Highland Avenue, Bridgeport, Fairfield County, ConnecticutG, in the household of her parents Louis and Rose, and was recorded as Lillian Sackett, a corset stitcher, aged 22 and born in Russia.4
