Margaret Compton-Bracebridge, daughter of John Edward Compton-Bracebridge and Annie Louisa Easton, was born in Marylebone, LondonG, in 18851 and baptized at All Saints Margaret Street, MaryleboneG, on 19 February 1885 by her grandfather Rev Berdmore Compton.2
     In 1891 Margaret was living at Granville Place, Marylebone, LondonG, in the household of her parents John and Annie, and was recorded in the census as Margaret C-Bracebridge, aged six and born in Marylebone.3
