Katherine Minnie Sackett Hogbin, daughter of Daniel Sackett Hogbin and Elizabeth Pound, was born in Birchington, KentG, in 1866.1,2
     In 1871 Katherine was living at 1 Balmoral Terrace, RamsgateG, in the household of her parents Daniel and Elizabeth, and was recorded in the census as Catherine M Hogbin, a scholar, aged five and born in Birchington.3
     In 1881 she was living at 56 Plains of Waterloo, RamsgateG, in the household of her grandparents John and Phoebe Hogbin, and was recorded as Minnie C Hogbin, aged 15 and born in Margate.4
