Mabel Harriet Woodward, daughter of Frederick William Woodward and Emma Harriet Sackett, was born in St Peter in Thanet, KentG, on 3 February 1888.1,2,3,4 She died aged 88 in ThanetG in 1977.5 She was unmarried.
     In 1891 Mabel was living at 2 Farley Cottages, St Peter in Thanet, KentG, in the household of her parents Frederick and Emma, and was recorded in the census as Mabel H Woodward, aged three and born in Broadstairs.6
     In 1901 she was living at 2 Farley CottagesG in the household of her parents Frederick and Emma, and was recorded as M H Woodward, aged 13 and born in Broadstairs.7
     In 1911 she was living at 2 Farley CottagesG in the household of her parents Fredrick and Emma, and was recorded as Mabel Woodward, aged 23, a clerk in a laundry.8
     In 1921 she was living at 37 Upton Road, St Peter in ThanetG, in the household of her widowed mother Emma, and was recorded as Mabel Harriet Woodward, a bookkeeper in a dairy, single, aged 33.9
     At the outbreak of the Second World War in September 1939, Mabel, unmarried and a bookkeeper at a dairy, was living at 37 Upton Road, Broadstairs, KentG, with her widowed mother Harriet.10
