Derek Adrian Sackett, son of Albert Edward Sackett and Gertrude Maud Stevens, was born in Thanet, KentG, on 26 March 1923.1 He died aged 68 in the Chester & Ellesmere Port registration district, CheshireG, on 27 December 19912 and was cremated at Chester CrematoriumG on 9 January 1992.3
