May Beatrice Sackett, daughter of John Henry Sackett and Martha Jane Gratton, was born in Regent's Park, Pancras, MiddlesexG, on 5 September 1886.1,2 She died aged 88 in Pembroke, WalesG, in 19742 and was buried at St John's Church, Pembroke DockG, on 2 January 1975.3 She was unmarried.
     In 1891 May was living at The Orphans' Home, St George, Southwark, LondonG, and was recorded in the census as May B Sackett, an orphan, aged four and born at Regent's Park, Middlesex.4
     In 1901 she was living at The Orphans' Home, Astral Street, Southwark, LondonG, and was recorded as May Beatrice Sackett, a scholar, aged 14, and born at Regent's Park, London.5
     In 1921 she was living at 2 Tremeyrick Street, Pembroke Dock, PembrokeshireG, in the household of Benjamin Butler and family, and was recorded as May Sackett, a boarder, aged 34.6
