Albert C Bailey, son of George W Bailey and Sally Sackett, was born in New York StateG in 1852.1,2 He married Fanny L Smith.
     In 1870 Albert was living in Romulus, Seneca County, New York StateG, in the household of his parents George and Sally, and was recorded in the census as Albert C Baley, a farm laborer, aged 19 and born in New York.3
