Murray Clark Ford, son of Simeon Dwight Ford and Malinda Tanner Sackett, was born on 26 December 1866.1 He died aged about 78 in 1945 and was buried at Washington Cemetery on the Green, Litchfield County, ConnecticutG.2 He married Ivah Louise Kelly.1 Ivah was born in New Haven County, ConnecticutG, in May 1869.2 She died aged 85 in Waterbury, New Haven CountyG, on 23 December 1954 and was buried at Washington Cemetery on the GreenG.2
In 1870 Murray was living in Washington, ConnecticutG, in the household of his parents Simeon and Malinda, and was recorded in the census as William H Ford, aged three and born in Connecticut.3
Murray is presumed to have attended a reunion of some thirty Sackett relations at his parents' home in Washington, ConnecticutG, on 13 August 1873.
In 1880 he was living in Washington, ConnecticutG, in the household of his parents Simeon and Malinda, and was recorded as Murray Ford, aged 13.4
