Bertha Sackett, daughter of Jeremiah Sackett and Sarah File, was born in Barham, KentG, in 1870.1 She died aged nine in Chorlton, LancashireG,2 and was buried at Cheetham Hill Wesleyan Cemetery, Manchester, LancashireG, on 3 October 1879.3 She was interred by her father Jeremiah.
     In 1871 Bertha was living at Townland Green, Woodchurch, KentG, in the household of her parents Jeremiah and Sarah, and was recorded in the census as Bertha Sackett, aged ten months and born in Barham, Kent.4
