Lincoln Gen: do make and ordaine this my last Wil and
Testament in manner and forme following
Impr: I commend my Soule into the hands of God my
Saviour and my Body to be buryed as my Executor shall
think fit
Ite~ as concerning my Worldly Estate I make my Brother
John Sackett of Branston aforesaid Clerke my sole
executor
Ite~ I give to my Brother Nathaneol Sackett ten pounds
and also to my Sister Elizabeth Carr ten pounds and to my
Sister Patience Pulvertoft five pounds and to my Nephew
Robert Scudder fourty Shillings
Ite~ I give to my Nephewes John Tho and Humfry Dicus
and to my Neece Sarah Dicus and to Each of them twenty
Shillings
Ite~ I give to my Nephew Charles Dicus and to my
Neeces Judith Katherine and Elizabeth Dicus and to Each
of them thirty Shillings
Ite~ my Wil is that the Several legacyes to be pais within one
yeare after my Decease
